Interested in knowing who I am?

Hello and welcome to my blog. I figured it was time for me start a blog to record all of my shootings, past and present events, and my travels here.

For those who don't know me, I am Eric Chandler. Born October 9th, 21 years ago. My hobbies consist of photography, traveling, working on cars, and hanging out when available. My main goal for this year is to focus on my automotive photography and push my self to the limits! I am a freelance photographer and most of my images can be found here: Eric Chandler Photography and some of my features on Canibeat!

So far this year, I have met many photographers that I have looked up to in the past and really admire their work, and I have even teamed up with them to do photoshoots!

Here is a list of goals for the rest of 2010 for me-
- Cover Formula D Las Vegas and/or Irwindale, Ca
- Feature 5 or more cars on Canibeat
- Purchase a 70-200mm VR2

My list was longer in the beginning of the year, but I have already fulfilled many of those goals! =)

Photography Background Information
I first picked up a camera on my 19th birthday. It was a Nikon D40 w/ 18-55mm kit lens! I LOVED it. The following day, my girlfriend at the time and I, drove to Philadelphia Zoo and I had a blast taking pictures. You can see that gallery by clicking here. Today this day, I am pretty impressed with those shots and very happy that my Mom bought me my first camera. I still have it today and it isn't going anywhere, thanks Mom!
